Good game, that was the weirdest start I'd ever had though. Had Stone, Marble, Copper, and Wheat in my city radius ... but had no other good cities (core city: 30h/turn + bonuses, next best: like 8h/turn). Annoying to say the least, but it meant I had no difficulty getting wonders

Yeah that was the biggest case of wonder whoring that i've seen in a long time. It must have really cranked some GP points.
One other thing I saw last night, was the real high numbers of accidental DOWs. Enough that I started thinking it was a verification thing and not accidental. Opps I hit the wrong key, let's make peace again. But now you can't attack them for 10 turns. It got so annoying last night that when MD did it to me the fourth time I figured he didn't trust me so I didn't make peace the last time and just carried on an attack.
I was considering sending them your way, but the 4th DOW changed my mind. I wish I had had easier access to players besided the two of you.
Once i can see as an accident, but 4 times, you have to start to believe it's something else.
Does anybody else think that it's something other than an accident? Snoop did it to me at least once. I know I did it once. Is anybody using this as a viable stratagy.

No its not a strategy, I was trying to use shift click the name to chat rather than the usual drop down menu I usually use for private messages. For some reason I kept hitting alt instead of shift. It may be becasue I have been playing another game where alt clicks are used all the time.
Its a pretty bad thing to use as a gambit since it screws up trade agreements and open border treaties and it is a pain in the ass to fix."Cunnilingus and Psychiatry have brought us to this..."
