We have eight players now and are going to start. Im going to set an AI so Ming if you want to try to get in later, you may be able to join in progress.

I actually may be available a tad earlier. Thanks for the leaving an AI. Hopefully it will still be there when I get back. I'm leaving now to pick her up.

Hmm, well guess you guys went on without me Anyway, good game, not sure why I got booted at the turn but I would have liked to have seen if I could have held off Pinchak without losing Rome...

I thought you were so pissed at me for attacking that you quit.

Rome would probably have fell either way. The AI tried to rush everything it had in, but I had enough right there to take it anyway, as well as the city SE of it.

What also would have probably happened if you had not dropped was you would have beat the daylights out of me. Since I only saw one or two calvery in your interior I assumed you just got Nationalism. I had no idea how many you had on the front lines. Of course the AI didn't take advantage of it.

Surprised you left your citys that undefended though. You had to have known I was going to attack sooner or later, considering you had me blocked in on all sides.

At any rate... good game. You would have whompted me had you logged back in.

Usualy when someone drops you wait in the vote screen few about 5 minutes waiting for people to resurface...

My big hope was my GG, that I would have promoted a cav up the ladder with and hoped it could've beaten several of your conquistadors. I had assumed you just weren't going military, as there wasn't much point in doing so, and forgot how hard it is to defend against conquistadors

Dom would've beaten me quickly, anyhow, I'm sure...

I tried to rejoin, but wasn't able to because the original host was long gone by that point, so I didn't know how to do so (didn't have anyone's IP). I assume anyone's IP would have done for me to rejoin the game?

But it was fun getting slaughtered.

Since we had open boarders I was worried you would see my buildup. When your musketman came snooping around that one time I actually changed build order in several citys so you wouldn't see cats and tribs being freshly built.

Thing is, I tried asking you and Ming several times if we were going to team up and go after Dom. No response, so i figured it was hopeless and instead took the nearest opertunity i saw.

I never got a message in regards to that, or at least I don't recall it...

That musketman btw was random. Either a misclick or I did something weird on accident. He showed up several squares north of my capital and I was confused how he showed up there

BTW, it's usually considered polite to cancel OB at least a few turns before initiating an attack. Not doing so makes it much more likely that I won't do OB in the future (since you can use OB to scout out attacks and time them). It's not quite the ROP-rape days of Civ3, but still OB generally are assumed to be a peaceful thing...
