The Romans became extremely angry that 3 civs attacked and stole a number of cities while the leader was absent and another person was deputising. Therefore they have built up their strength and launched a war that will result in the extermination of the aggressors in the old world. They will be left to survive in the new world though on the terra map. The 2 weaker civs have become vassals of the Incas who are led by Frank, I may have had sympathy for them before they became willing vassals, but definitely not any more. Their presence in the old world can definitely not be tolerated any more as well as the presence of Frank.
