Alright, now would be a good time to settle the issue with Nolan. Basicaly whether or not Frank is taking over China for good, and honestly if the game is a hassle for her, and contributes to stress maybe Frank should take over.

That was a pretty decent session, and I think we got over the whole issue over the big four countries and the smaller ones. So we'll see how this goes in the future, but for now peace has prevailed and new friendships have been forged; at least in my neck of the woods.

We should start the confirmation process, and I'll begin...

Hello Frank,

I would really LOVE it if you could take hold on a more permanent basis.

Currently health issues have me very worn down and I have a "full plate" in several areas.

It might be better to reverse roles and me be the sub for a while.

btw, can everyone limit their pictures to 800 pixels wide? That way our browser screens don't get all bent out of shape and cause us to scroll horizontally to see anything.

Another thing, we had mentioned changing the tech trading rules moderately to only allow trading tech you invented yourself. I think this is a good idea, and it won't be a radical change so it should be alright to do mid-stream.

I object against The Capo who's creating the story on how the French have fallen.
The elimination of France should be handled by America and Germany. We should make up a story to include this into the story telling. Germany/America shouldn't be the 'france rapers' story wise.

I think we should post them as we learn them otherwise too easy to stuff up. We all need to be across each others.

FROM NOW ON IS a bit ambiguous. Do we trade techs that we already have but didn't learn or a blanket only trade techs we've learnt including those in the past.
