To: Secretary General Javier Solana
From: PM, Harold Wilson
I have now sent our latest disclosures at the request of the Russians.
Is there anything else that England can provide to re-assure all nations of Terra that we have nothing to hide or be ashamed of. In fact we are a very proud people and wish to re-iterate our Pacifistic intentions and belief in a fair and competive space race. Our spies have been used purely for intelligence gathering which is not what could be said of other natrions.
Will you now turn your attention to finding the real perpetrators of these crimes and ask ALL nations for full disclosure?
I also note the build up of nuclear arsenals by several nations and am prepared to disclose the English status on this far more dangerous issue, as long as other nations also disclose spys and nukes status.
After dealing with the spy issue will you also deal with the nuclear threat?
Your sincerely,
Harold Wilson

The Republic of Russia
While we thank England for the quick and prompt response, the new disclosures raises more questions than answers. I will address them one by one.
1. The revelation that English spies are in both Novgorod and Vladivostok, cities along the border with Inca, raises alarm bells in Moscow, especially considering the builup of English troops along this very same border. Even if those spies are indeed there purely for 'observational purposes', the implications of this is not at all hard to fanthom. Will England explain this buildup?
2. We must note that the spies that England has in both India and Russia, while indeed not in the immeadiate vincinity of Lahore, could very well be Lahore just a scant two years ago, at the minimun. Considering that the attacks occured quite a while before this, we find this 'proof' to be questionable, at best.
3. England has not yet addressed the issue of why exactly she has so many active agents. As we have noted earlier, this is far more extensive than any mere national spy network. Even at the height of the KGB, according to the archives, there was never more than 4 spies active at any one time. How did England come across these additional agents, and more importantly, why does she need so many of them?
With the permission of the UN, Russia is willing to disclose the location of her own agents. However, we feel that the above issues merit far more immeadiate attention.

Please see the earlier report that shows we have not used any spies for espionage or sabotage purposes.
1. The unprecedent disclosure by us has certainly resulted in revealing the size of our spy network. Surely the peaceful use of these spies is far more important than how many? Has Russia used any spies for espionage or sabotage purposes? Please reveal the unit count of the Russian spy built/lost. Note that the English have lost none which means we have not used any - read report carefully. We note you are building nuclear weapons and England is not. Do you wonder now about the size of our network? We need intelligence and we are also prepared to reveal our zero status regarding nuclear weaponry. Are you? Is India? Are all nations prepared to reveal their spy and nuke statistics like we have?
As for the build up on the Incan border I fail to see the difference between having a massive buldup in Novgorad, as you have OR a thinly spread line like we have? It is meerly a tactical early warning line to slow down any surprise attacks assuming convential weaponry is used. We do not expect war but remain vigilant with our space program. We have seen the devastation in Lahore and other places where jeolous nations have obviously practiced sabotage. What would you have us do?
2. Read the report - we or our allies have not used any spies at all. It is clear evidence available for all to see.
3. We built 4 spies and were gifted 3 spies. None have been used and never will be. This is my pledge to the world. They are far too valuable in gaining information as is standard practice on Terra.
I find it laughable that I am pledging to not use spies and yet as the UN and other nations get wound up in this witch hunt they are failkng to find the truely guilty party and ignoring the nuclear threats.
I do not see what else I can do. We do not know who commandeed the Lahore bombings or any of the other sabotage events. We ask all nations to come clean and put their cards on the table.
Will you do this Anastasia?Last edited by deity; July 28, 2006, 04:39."Old age and skill will overcome youth and treachery. "

TO: Harold Wilson, Prime Minister of England
CC: All nations and the UN
FROM: President Jawaharlal Nehru
India is unimpressed by the further lies and attempts at avoiding responsibility. First you claim you have a spy positioned in Madras. Then you claim you have a spy positioned right outside of Madras, now you claim you don't have a spy in Madras at all!
Furthermore, you were asked to comply with a UN directive to reveal the location of your agents in the field. You falsified documents about four of your agents, neglecting to mention you had an additional three. Willfully lying to the United Nations and the world community AGAIN, in direct violation of a UN directive.
I am no fool. Innocent nations do not construct such an elaborate and constantly shifting veil of lies. England is guilty of industrial sabatoge and guilty of lying to the world and violating a UN directive.
Again I demand you abide by a UN administered penalty for your actions or war will be upon you. Again I speak directly to your people and ask them to depose your reckless government. This is no game we play.

I present to the world additional proof of evidence doctoring by the Wilson government.
The files presented to the United Nations supposedly absolving England of guilt by revealing the positions of its spy networks (after several attempts to lie) show no context. Are these files from 5 years ago? From right after the Lahore bombing? From 20 years ago? We don't know.
As the English have shown a willingness to lie with impunity I think any documents they present should not be trusted. Especially when UN, Russian and Indian authorities all confirm via satelite data and independent investigation the presense of an English spy south of Moscow. So far no explanation has been offered.
To demonstrate to everyone the importance of time, I present to you two of the files offered up by the English with two different time stamps. What happened during those 20 minutes? What files were altered? What documents were doctored? Perhaps we shall never know.
But the time for back and forth, accusation and denial are over. India is satisfied with the evidence thusfar presented that England is responsible for the crime in Lahore and must suffer consequences. Further denials and lies simply try our patience further.Captain of Team Apolyton - ISDG 2012
