Master-Mike's workers have spent too much time praying and not enough time clearing jungle, my workers have already cleared 95% of my jungle despite an even higher rate of jungle than Master- Mike, but while he was teaching Hinduiism to his citizens, mine were perfecting their iron working techniques and beginning the jungle clearing a full 100 plus turns ahead of Master-Mike. But a lack of hills, plains, forests or other hammer yielding terrain has kept my production very slow with 2 cities trying to build on 1 hammer production each, and the other 4 not much better. This has seriously affected my ability to develop my empire, but a caste of scientists has given me many great people who have kept my technology up close to the leader Toni and possibly ahead of the others, but the genetic pool is weakening and GP's are declining in number rapidly, meaning my technology will rapidly slip behind.

My understanding is that a draw is sufficient regardless of the outcome of the Brazil-Japan match, ie a Japan win still cannot get them into the next round ahead of us.

If Japan beats Brazil they'll have 4 points.

If Australia draws with Croatia we'll have 4 points.

So goal count will be crucial then.

If the teams are equal on points does it go to a goal count, or does it go to the result of the Aust-Japan match which means we win? Many competitions it would be the latter, but I am not sure about the world cup rules for soccer.

Well, both.

Goes to goal count I believe; and we are in good shape for that because of Aust/Japan match. But if Japan beats Brazil by more than 2 goals I think we are out (assuming we only draw with Croatia).

Of course a win against Croatia solves this maths nicely

Almost 110% sure that Japan has no chance of beating Brazil. So the match vs. Croatia is essential to your advancing. A tie should be enough or even a win (which will be hard but possible if you play well). If everything goes well you guys will play vs. Italy most possibly.

Ok guys about the upcoming session, I regret to inform you that I won't be able to play between 1pm and 5.30pm on Sunday, I will be going out with the lady here (which was planned a month ago) so very sorry about that.

So now we have to figure out when we can play, I can play any other time and day. Friday, Saturday I'm free any time. About Sunday I can spend time playing from the morning till 12pm and from 5:30pm on, but Mike has plans from 7pm so that won't work maybe.

Yea i cant play this sunday either. Sadly im going back to work on sunday. I will be working 8-5 probably every second weekend now for a few months.

So i can play this saturday if we can get the session together and next saturday sunday should be fine i think? Im free firday as well but not night times, i have other commitments.

haha actually i will be going out Saturday, not Sunday. So everything i said above is for Saturday. Friday and Sunday i will be free all day

Thats a shame, i only agreed to start work on sunday as i thought we wernt playing, sundays alot more money. I cant chage it now, so i will have to give it a miss for sunday im sorry. Im free both Friday (day) and Saturday (day).
