    Yeah... I was playing a continent game, and I shared the cont with 2 other civs. All the early relgions formed on the other cont. I kept waiting for one of the civs on my cont to get a religion. That way, they would spread it, build the shrine, and do all the work for me... then I would take it

    But no.... religion didn't spread to our cont until after astronomy. Bummer

      That's why I like CONF. from CODE of LAW, since it's actually a useful tech and a prereq for others that you'll eventually need.
      It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple
