Yeah, for the Diplo games there are entire threads to discuss rules. Generally we don't have that issue but we have had a few occasions where not everyone was on the same page when it comes to the rules set and the outcome is usually pissed off players. Which is quite regrettable since it's only a game, and I apologize to anyone that may have taken offense.

Yep... **** happens, but it is only a game.
It really shouldn't be much of a surprise that many people have different opinions on what they want to play considering all the options provided. Even a discussion on what barb or village setting to use can take forever

I remember one game where people said they wanted to try something different but by the time they decided, two people left saying it was getting to late to start a game. 90 minutes is too long to discuss stuff before the game obviously.
