That measure doesn't come 'til you finish, retire or win (or lose). So this proposal is not possible. However, if Bush or Obama were IN the game, you could give them a penalty for not being in State Property. As it is, Bush has authorized, with the help of Congress including both current candidates, the buying by the state of pieces of the banks getting loans -- Government-owned properties being a principle of the Socialists. Obama does not seem to think much of Free Enterprise, so he could have the same penalties. Of course, McCain needs to be in Police State if he is in the game, since he says he won't let anyone keep him from doing what he needs to do in his first term.

As to the topic, I have wondered why the list does not include Mussolini near the bottom. He is surely an all-time loser in terms of outcome -- even if "the trains ran on time." (A study in the late '90s indicated that the railroads had less strikes, but that otherwise the train schedule was fulfilled by about the same percentage before and after Mussolini assumed power. In other words, the phrase is just a political slogan, not an actual fact.)

I read in a Swedish paper today, that there might be a Palin/McCain split (due to recent issues of non-support from Palin for McCain policy) and they said that Palin has taken her eyes off the VP2008 and is aiming for P2012...
