it might just be the best wonder. theres nothing like conquering an enemy civ, going to slavery and turning his population into useful infrastructure, the changing back and using his gold to buy units and buildings in your own cities.

But, it comes relatively late in the game. And personally I don't really feel the need to change my civics when I'm pursuing a space race for instance.
It's great though, but I think the Great Library or the Pyramids are probably a fairer choice for "best wonder in the game".

Just been playing as a non-spiritual civ and used CR to flip between civics as often as I want. All the missed opportunities!!!
