  • Hooked Gamers is Not Sure About BtS

In their review of BtS, Hooked Gamers has expressed some mixed feelings. They like the new features, but offer such criticisms as:

"It is not that Beyond the Sword is a bad expansion but it is a little disappointing, especially after having been told that it is the biggest expansion pack ever."

    and

"I don't regret picking up Beyond the Sword but when you are standing in the shop, game in hand, consider that this expansion may not completely satisfy your expectations."

I get where they're coming from, but nevertheless, ?

The scenarios are a bit of a cop-out
This doesn't really make sense. Some of the scenarios are bad, but the good ones like RtW are no cop out, whatever that means. The guy also doesn't know that Nextwar can be a mod as well as a scenario.

    Pretty weak review.

Yeah. Kind of makes you feel like they're criticizing it just because everyone else is praising it. I say again, ?

        That was stupid.
