Nice to see they're being handled more realistically this time. It's also better for game balance IMO. They could be overpowering if they were able to be transported of their own accord. At least now there's a bit of effort involved, and having to load them up manually will slow down their useage somewhat.
Guided missiles can be rebased (meaning, they can fly from one friendly city to another) in BTS. That is why this question had to be asked; for some reason missiles are rebased to cities but loaded on subs.
Cites don't mind getting guided missiles their way for rebasing. Inconsistent mechanics,,Willem, now isn't it ?
You could imagine them being transferred between Cities via Transportplanes or less fitting via trucks (and ships if not on the same landmass). Both would not work with submarines in high sea.
