Got the game, but as far as I can see it hasn't arrived to any store nearby yet, but as I said before, I doubt they'll get it for at least a few weeks
So far the tornadoes has destroyed two camps and one farm. And twice has some criminals attacked my farms. A marriage between some of my people and the neighbors ended in a disaster and famine has struck one of my cities once... and I'm still in BC
Oh, and I also had a chance to deliver an Egyptian assassin to ZuluThis space is empty... or is it?

A short second I thought you were explaining why the stores wouldn't get the game before in a few weeks!Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made - Psalms 139.14a

The closest thing I got to a good even was the enemy assassin who fled through my lands (which could give me some spy-bonus or a relationship "boost" with the Zulu, with a chance of getting a reputation hit with the Egypt)... On the other hand the famine did something good too, as they made the bond between me and my neighbors strongerThis space is empty... or is it?

I'm not going to spoil it, the best fun is when it just happens to you in the game!
there are really amazing good events!
It adds a lot to the atmosphere of the game, you feel more connected to your people.
Can't wait to start the next MP diplomacy game, since events really add to the story telling. (yes, we're a bunch of nerds )Formerly known as "CyberShy"

DAMN!
Its a shame Civ is not popular over here so we could get a Championship Manager 4 style early releases from some of the game stores. The strength and ferocity of a rhinoceros... The speed and agility of a jungle cat... the intelligence of a garden snail.

Am getting stressed... My preorder is showing as "processing" still, when I called up to ask what was going on ("I'm calling about my pre-order, no not bloody Harry Potter!") they said I should have it in 3 days!! That could mean I have to wait until Monday. Considering calling again to cancel so I can buy in a shop before but it seems silly to do that as I'll then have to pay twice as much and probably won't be able to play it until Sunday anyway!! Argh!!

That's why I never pre-order!
NEVER!
I've heard thousands of times that people could buy games in shops 2 days before the official release.
I rarely heard from people who got their pre-order like that.Formerly known as "CyberShy"
