I really, really hoped to get it, but when I called the webshop where I've placed the preorder, they said it has been postponed by the supplier. That also seems to be the tendency in physical shops that I went through yesterday. One place they even said 7th of September! Also checked Free Record Shop here as their Dutch shops have it, but no... I'll do one last try today, if not, I have to wait for my preorder (which doesn't feel very "pre" anymore) Very frustated as this is probably the last weekend I have some time the next couple of months...

In this case, I think that 2K has done something really, really stupid when releasing it in some parts of the world both not all. So IMO they should be partly blamed. True fans will buy weither they "try" it first or not, but someone will sure not bother if they already have it via unoffical sources. Discussing piracy is not allowed.
I understand that it's frustrating to see that other people are playing something that you can't purchase yet. That's unfortunately how it is. (and to be honest, it's how we, europeans, have always been dealt with in the past )

It still doesn't make piracy an acceptable thing. And therefor we do not accept it. I'll remove posts regarding piracy from now in this thread.

@Dale: Please keep it down a bit.

If this thread'll continue about piracy and saying... uh.. unfriendly things, it'll be locked.

That's why I don't understand why it's in the Netherlands but not here yet... We are even in the same part of Europe... Maybe the supplier(s) here go for the US version and not UK? That wouldn't surprise me....

It's theft, plain and simple. Regardless of intention it's "promotes" it by upping that groups download numbers, making them look good in that circle.
