                      • at first I was skeptical of direct downloads. But I think to myself, do I really need a box? I bought the wow expansion direct download, I see no reason to own a box for this game.

The pitfall may be direct download games are easier to purchase and I could end up spending a lot of money on bad games. But in this case, I do not have that fear.

Don’t think that this is necessarily true either.

The “rating” of a thought is dependent on the observer of the thought, the thought itself, and probably the owner or originator of the thought under scrutiny. It is also largely a subjective value placed on the thought.

Whether the thought is overrated then becomes the subjective opinion of another person or group of people.

Now if we consider the rating that everyone applies to this particular thought, we can rank these ratings, the highest rating scoring 1 and the lowest scoring 6,000,000,000.

Any randomly selected rating from among these will therefore be considered as overrated (by those who have given a lower rating) and underrated (by those above). On average, we would therefore expect to have an equal number of over-rated as under-rated opinions which therefore means that:-

The average rating of a thought is equally over-rated as under-rated (regardless of the quality of the thought or the thinker.

Since it hasn't been released yet, no.

Seriously though, there will probably be a Direct2Drive version available at some point, though I couldn't tell you when it would be available. Currently, the release date is set for July 24th, with a shipping date of July 23rd here in the USA(that's ebgames.com and probably gamestop.com).
