Personally, I think we should definitely agree with the nitpickers of Civ4 historical accuracy.
Greece shouldn't be a Civ.
Isabella was a Castillian leader, not Spanish.
Frederick was Prussian, not German.
Stalin was Georgian, not Russian.
Mao and Stalin's population should randomly drop every few years with an event that says "Five Year Plan" or "Great Leap Forward".
George Washington was British. Victoria was less English than Stalin. Roosevelt should get a health penalty in cities since he suffered from Polio.
Definitely these fixes should be in the expansion.
