tbh I'm annoyed at the amount of leaders that Russia, England and the US have; no civ ought to have more than 2 leaders, so that more civs can be included. But Poland, really? Poland has just been a bit of land belonging to another coutry for enough time that it hasn;t had a major effect on world developemnt IMO.

For a large part of the last millennia, Poland was a major power in the Baltic/Eastern Europe. Probably larger than Hapsburg controlled lands during the reign of Charles V.
The decline coincided with the rise of Prussia and Russia from the time when European settlers were consolidating their control on the east coast of North America. Now, can you enlighten me of the major effect that Brennus, Shaka, Mansa Musa, Montezuma, has made.
If we were to reduce the number of European civs, then America should be the first to go.
