Warlords Team Democracy Game?

4 or 5 teams would seem to be the least that could make a working demogame, otherwise the diplomacy aspects aren't quite there.
4 or 5 teams on a small map, Pangaea say, checked over by an admin...the last time that sort of setting was played there were a hell of a lot of wars, and a hell of alot of diplomacy (and in several cases backstabbing). But on the whole it was not a bad game, and it moved very quick. You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

Ok, now we´re 18 interested. Shall we kick this off?
At present we have two teams, Team Zoid and Team Nugog/fed1943. We need members for these teams and two more teams. Apply here or in a PM to me.
We also have two mods for the forum we might or might not get in me and Metaliturtle.
I´ll PM Dan and Markos about out intentions and see if we can´t make this officialI love being beaten by women - Lorizael

I think we should aim for at least 3 teams. The flow of a game is very different with 2 or 3 players. With 2 players it'll just be cut-throat fighting without much diplomacy beyond "Me stronger, me bash your skull". Trading techs for example in a 2 player game makes no sense - either you profit more, in which case the other should refuse the trade, or you profit less, in which case you should refuse the trade. With 3 players you both profit more than the 3rd, so it's advantagous for both.
So at least 3 teams, imho. And 4 would be better. Probably optimum, as 5 would become a crowd.
Anyway, I don't want to form my own team, because I don't want all the responsibility of having to organize stuff. So which team wants me?

Good to have you on board RubyI don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.
