A 0/0/2 tile wouldn't be worth working anyway, as it's inferior to a specialist.

Is it safe to assume that since so far there hasn't been any real/official publicity concerning the next XP, it wont be released before the Christmas holiday period?

With Warlords being released in July, that doesn't leave them very much time to work on the next one. I was quite surprised the first one came out as early as it did, normally Civ expansions come out once a year. Warlords was only about 8 months. That's pretty quick for an XP.

No objection to the UN functions being expanded - I think that is a good idea - can't think of any more at the moment...
