So, download the attached file. Navigate to ...\Assets\Python\Screens. In the 'Screens' folder there is a file called 'CvForeignAdvisor.py'. Back it up (copy and paste it into the 'Screens' folder). Then paste the file you just downloaded into the 'Screens' folder.

If you load a game after doing this you have to wait a turn for the dll to update the player's worst enemies.

Nice option indeed!

Question though: will replacing this file affect multiplayer games with people who have the original?
