And so what if it has? People are free to ask whatever questions they like here. It's not up to you to decide what's appropriate or not.

And by the way, there is no such thing as an "over-exaggeration".

If you have seen this question asked and answered, please give me a step by step procedure as to how I could find that previous question and answer. I will confess that I have tried and been unable to do so. Obviously, being on these boards so long as you have, you must know how to do so. If you would please help someone who has only been here for a measly couple of years, how do I find that answer? This is not a rhetorical question. If you, the one so certain I am some sort of idiot for not already finding the answer, cannot help me with this question, will some more polite model of Apolyton behavior please help me? It would be appreciated.

As I tell my kids, if I have told you once, I have told you a hundred thousand million billion times, there is no such thing as over-exaggeration. They don't listen to me either. Never. Not once. Ever. I swear!

Don't mind Prussia. His attitude isn't the norm here. Most of us are quite helpful, and happy to do it. If a question drops off the first page or the thread name doesn't make it obvious, people will direct you to a recent thread or just answer the question again.
(You can use the search option using key words, but the results may not always be what desired)

And if Prussia's attitude continues, he can go back to posting from where he came from because I'll make sure he gets a vacation from posting here. I thought my first warning should have been sufficient, but I guess I was too subtle since he seems to have ignored it. I won't ignore further failings on his part.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Some of us come to forums to find answers to what some of you find to be infintile questions. God forbid that we may only play once a week instead of 16 hours a day. Maybe you naysayers need to find a lfe or your parents take your computer privilidges away for a while.

            Once a week!!?
Four to six hours, 5-6 days a week. Since I'm 55 years old, I HOPE my parents don't deprive me of PC privileges.

Go, Jaybe. I'm 57, play 4 hours a night weekdays and about 12 on the weekend. Married, so there are some "honey-do" obligations. Parents have passed away, concept of "computer privileges" a little repulsive.

Prussia, it's not like you to go overboard on this type of thread. If it's been done to your satisfaction, ignore it.

Had a situation recently in which the master of two vassels capitulated to me. He had some weird faroff cities I didn't want to chase, so I accepted. Each of his two vassels then vasseled to another AI, causing me to be at war with two new foes, each a major power, and formerly, a major trading partner. And thus does "peace" mean "war" in the world of Warlords. Anyone else been plunged into random war by vassels jumping ship from their former masters?

It's not quite the same, but I experienced similar weirdness tonight.

I'm Liz, it's 1700, and I've just steamrolled Asoka with my Redcoats, forcing him to capitulate. However, I don't think I can pull of a Domination win so I start beelining for Mass Media. I'm pretty confident I can get a Diplomacy win because I'm best friends with Brennus ("Friendly") and Roosevelt.

After Asoka's been my vassal for about 50 years, Brennus asks me to adopt organized religion. Wanting to preserve our friendship, I agree, resulting in three turns of anarchy.

On the third turn, Brennus DoWs Asoka, forcing me to DoW him, formerly my best pal. Thus my plan for a Diplomacy win is totally ruined.

Now, did Brennus ask me to switch civics just to get me into anarchy before going to war? If so, that would be an extremely clever betrayal. However, I sort of suspect the AI just didn't think this one through.
