Since when is Sid Meier a Canuck? No matter how much you want, Detroit ain't a part of Canada.

If you Canadians really want Detroit, my vote is that you guys can have it. I just hope that your Nationalized Health care is good at treating gunshots and stab wounds.

Actually, McDonalds would be a UB you could put in other civilization's cities. Similar to a missionary, you can build Ronald McDonald units which rushbuild them in rival cities.

+1 Gold for McDonalds Corporate HQ city, -2 Culture for each rival city with a McDonalds.
