    I think the scenario can be challenging as Athens, but as Sparta it's pretty easy. Build a large force. Move it to Athens. Lay waste to every improvement. Sit a soldier on every tile so the city starves. Finally get the research of catapults done. Bring a few to Athens, reduce the defenses to pulp. Raze.
    Delian league is more interesting because you have to defend at first, but then you'll just spend lots of time waiting for the production of your units, and then painfully moving them from their far-flung islands to Athens or Sparta, which manages to be long even for a 100-turn scenario in my opinion. I actually preferred Omens and Chinese unification.

      I agree with LDICesare , In my first time in this conquest, I won on turn 50 as Sparta pretty easily. Only took about 3 1/2 hours.
