Too bad you can't see/ get any notifications about that (in fact, I think wars should be seen especially in the modern days where communication is fast and easy. Maybe an journalist unit can be made as a mod?). Still good to know that the AI will use nukes though! I haven't played with nukes yet, partly for this reason but also as I think the Manhattan project should be a national wonder, not global (and renamed).
