Yes, it's like shooting the moon in spades, or those annoying rules in home poker games when the absolute worst hand (2,3,4,6,7 different suits) beats a royal flush.

Also, I realize it's a technicality, but the computer isn't the smart or the stupid component. It would be the programming. And software development isn't as easy it may seem from the end user perspective.

There was another by China, no workable tiles even at culture level 2. I didn't take a picture of it though. Absolute garbage spot.

Also, I think the absolute worst hand in poker is (2,3,4,5,7) no flush.
