I'll play the Celts first, then I'll try Augustus!

There are a couple of websites here in NZ advertising a late July release.
I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

but I guess I'll do the Vikings.

I don't like any of the new Civs, so my pick will be based on traits... or maybe just random
This space is empty... or is it?

Carthage for me, I always seem to have fun games playing them. I still remember a Civ2 game where my great Carthaginian empire beset apon all sides eventually sparked a huge nuclear war. Countless millions dead, fun times.

Once i've got my Carthage fix i'll play the Turks though, if only so I can sack Constanstinople with them.

                1. Carthago: Annibal is waiting
                2. The celts:
3: Korea: their improves in Civ3 was great!

I'll probably try the Celts first.

Has there been speculation or actual news on the UUs for the new civilizations?

I'm guessing that Korea, Zulu, the Vikings, the Celts will pretty much have the same units they had in Civ 3. The Turks will probably get the Sipahi the Ottomans had in Civ 3.

I suppose they could bring back Numidian Mercenary for Carthage, but there is yet to be a UU based on War Elephants, so they could go that route as well. Possibly giving them either improved movement, or not requiring access to Ivory to build.

Gotcha. I never liked the fact that the Numidian Mercenary was misnamed, but I can live with those leaders and uus.

Now I wonder what they do.
