What an incredibly pathetic idea. I don't want the sequel of my favourite game ever to be a mere mod. The Mars senario for Civ II was fun, but it was no comparison to Alpha Centauri.

I think SMAC2 should be completely rebuilt from the ground up. The one thing that definitely needs to be included is a unit workshop, that was my favorite thing from SMAC.-PrinceBimz-Comment

I don't see this crew creating a game like SMAC where the AI is utterly inept or incapable of using fundamental game concepts to its own advantage. And I don't see it as likely that they can get the AI to run a unit workshop effectively.Comment
