          Well it would be obviously difficult and with sever reprecusions diplomaticaly (war and sanctions from other countries, just like the smac planetary council not this stupid UN in cIV ), it should become insanley hard to do it a second time to a country and I said several leaders not two I meant 3 or even four per civ. You can't kill someones last leader.
          I'm not buying BtS until Firaxis impliments the "contiguous cultural border negates colony tax" concept.
