I rather suspect that the GP farm is something that is incidental to a strategy or maybe I have got this wrong and it is, in fact, heavily dependent on the terrain and resources you have to play with. I’ve noticed games that I have played where GPs have been somewhat slow in arriving so have made more conscious efforts these days to use good sites for these farms.
What might be interesting would be to see the thinking behind the setting up of this. When the decision is made and how it is made.
In a similar way, I would find it quite interesting also to see how diplomatic issues are be dealt with. Having just met Isabel and Toku, I wanted to be nice so sent them a baby-tech to play with at a very good price. Izzy ended up being far more upset that when we first met while Toku was happy but is still not interested in doing anything more than accepting free gifts from me. My only response to those types is to wait until I can adopt the gunboat-diplomacy civic!!
