Not a wonder, just a regular building. Call it Chinese Take Out. Raises happiness only but generates 1 Great People Point (Iron Chef)

But if you are playing as China, would it just be food.

Maybe in China it can be "American food"

And of course if there is no China in your game, that can get wierd .

My friend who lives in Hong Kong says the food the US calls Chinese isn't really what the Chinese people eat.

Nah it isn't I went to China last year too and it was (imo) mostly horrible. We eat very westernised, much sweater sort of dishes than they tend to have. Although Beijing (/Peking) Duck is very nice in Beijing.

I much prefer Western "Chinese" food but maybe I just didn't eat the best of it...

It's true. I lived with some Chinese people while at uni.

There was a lot of pork... and they fried lettuce. Seriously.

They used some sort of instant curry sauce occasionally (just needed coconut milk added) imported from China that was really nice.

Don't you know all their food is made in sweat shops?

I'd have to say the same about Italian food, in the US its better than in Italy (the wife and I still debate that though) too. For some reason when a culture's food is released to a foriegn land people can go crazy with innovation, back home its saddled with "tradition."

then again the turkish food in the US is terrible...

ontopic..cuisine should be a resource like music but available through a national project not a wonder, or maybe just available through a building for mass exporting (a la mcdonalds or chinese food)

Have you worked in a resturant kitchen? That can get pretty sweaty. Luckily there is a huge commercial freezer.

Where did you go? They should have some nice restaurants in the bigger cities although the lack of a non-smoking section can really spoil one's dinner.
