I am sure we disbanded them because upgrade to Rock Band costs plenty of $. There must be one left - let me check it... it has 2 strength and +1 culture per turn in the city where placed - works only for Polish nationality cities... I will GoTo it to... Chicago
We have now Open Borders with Sweden (EU). Maybe I will GoTo it to Stockholm and then press "gift" icon
