Great People name lists are too short

Lemme know if I'm the odd one in this, but I find it rather annoying that by the industrial age nothing but "Great Scientist" and "Great Prophet" are being born.

I guess this isn't so hard to fix. Just add more names to the list. Suggestions?

P.s.: They made the late game artist icon the King but didn't include him in the name list?!

and they could include women in the latter part of the lists.

and don't forget to include my name. . I may just have to mod that myself.

An example of a female great artist could be Jenna Jameson. Just kidding. Seriously there are plenty of female scientists that could be on that list.

He did say that Flo was a stretch, but of the others, none were nurses. Rather, they were mathematicians, astronomers, chemists/physicists, etc. A good mix, and there are others as well that could be used, and not a nurse in the bunch.

Yep. Me too. I have no idea what to do with women, so I try to ignore them as best I can.

I find it difficult to go a day anymore without either insulting someone mortally on the Internet, or having the same done to me.

Just what do you think happens in a hospital when people look after you? Do you think the doctors just come up with how to operate the beds and equipment? Do you think the administrators understand how to administer medications? Just what the hell do you think nurses are for, in a hospital? To hold your stinking hand while you get that much-needed hemorrhoidectomy?

If you knew what nurses do in health care, from your birth to your death, then I think you'd treat them with more respect, friends. If you right now don't owe your very life to a nurse, then I guarantee that you know someone who does, and if even that isn't the case, then come back in a year and tell me that some nurse somewhere hasn't had a positive effect in your life.

And let's add to this that my wife happens to have her Masters' degree in Nursing Science. It's not like the nurses all wail and dance around the bonfire awaiting for divine vision on where the rectal thermometer is supposed to go -- everything that you see in your hospitals, your outpatient clinics, your emergency triages, your old-age homes, your doctor's office: all of that has been tried, tested and used in the most scientific matter by, you guessed it, NURSES!

Shows how ignorant you are about Florence Nightingale. Did you, for instance, know that she invented Pie Charts? She was a great statistican. And she wasn't just a nurse - she pioneered the modern nursing tradition and reformed hospital sanitation systems (thereby saving thousands of lives ).

As for Great Prophets, Buddha isn't on the list. I can't think of any other Great Prophets off the top of my head, but perhaps we can mod in "Ming - Prophet of the Apocalypse".
