No, at the publisher. Has been there since last monday, as announced in the first post of this thread.

Well, I knew from few other games, that if patch is with publisher, that it could mean a week, two, month or even two months to get released.
Sometimes, publisher is just stingy and needs to wait to for few weeks just free up testing machines from QAing other games.
EDIT:
I have no experience with Take2.
But with some Activision and Atari/Infogrames games...
Let's just say that if they get out of business that would would be better place.Comment

Right-click 'My Computer', click 'Properties', click the 'Advanced' tab, click 'Settings', click 'Advanced', then click 'Change'.
Bump it up to at least 2000MB, then click 'set' and then OK.Comment
