i heard rumours of this months ago and anyway didnt anybody notice the 2K intro on civ 4?
2K is a part of taketwo games
Unlike many, many other publishers taketwo has shown itself to be reasonably trustworthy as far as making good games and not forcing them out b4 they are ready and they got a fair few classics under their belt, even if they have taken the GTA series a little too far
As for SMAC2, it needs to be done and i would deffo buy it if it was, but if it cant well... civ 4 engine looks fairly moddable
