Ok, you know those advisors that from time to time suggest to you that a settler should be built? Which options makes them stfu?

Help is appreciated and will be payed for with bananas.

but this advisor is absolutely rubbish! for a conquered city still in resistance he recommends me to build a library! and calls one of newly founded size 4 cities "centre of culture".

in civ3 he at least only interrupted when your city was approaching the pop limit or getting too small for a settler...
