Well a spoiler to the movie but the end of the described scene is...
Vizzini: You only think I guessed wrong - that's what's so funny. I switched glasses when your back was turned. Ha-ha, you fool. You fell victim to one of the classic blunders, the most famous of which is "Never get involved in a land war in Asia", but only slightly less well known is this: "Never go in against a Sicilian, when *death* is on the line.". Hahahahahah.
[Vizzini falls over dead].......shhhhhh......I'm lurking.......proud to have been stuck at settler for six years.......

For those of you who may be completely confused about what all these people are babbling on about, these are all lines from the movie The Princess Bride. If you've never seen it, try and track it down somewhere. It's definitely worth a watch.
