The simple fact is, it IS offensive (and taking offense is not, as you seem to imply, a reaction under one's conscious control). There's NOTHING to be gained for you or me (I happen to be a militant atheist) from offending people in such a fashion. End of debate.

Indeed, I said that I UNDERSTOOD and RESPECTED the marketing decision made here. What I do not respect are the substantive beliefs themselves. Islam is a fallacy, just like the rest of the religions. I will not force Muslims to give up their beliefs (however much they may desire to force me to give up mine,) but I do not need to accord respect. Tolerance, perhaps, but not respect.

And if you believe the mere posting of a picture of Muhammad is offensive, perhaps you are not as athiest as you pretend?

As for the rest, mostly dirtbags. Roosevelt is no hero of mine, even though that dictator managed to get on most historians' good side ... if Lincoln was in I'd make it a point to wipe him out.

All the more reason to includ Muhammad. He was, after all, just a man, and an effective politician/military leader. Like you said, almost every leader in the game has blood on his hands (however just his cause may have been).

Anyway, does anyone have pictures that they could post here? And where are they located in the files, again???

Before it's locked, can someone please tell me what directory/file this pictures are located in? I actually have an interest in adding civs/leaders to the game, believe it or not.

The pictures in question ar 16x16 pixels - hardly much good for an actual in-game image.
