Does the Industrious Trait stack with the resource discount??

Thank you, Fried. A few things in there I hadn't thought about. Such is the knowledge of a first-week player, I suppose.

Right now, I guess I'm really trying to figure out "what works" for me, and it's frustrating being completely in the dark again. However, it did take me a while to pick my favorite pair of traits in Civ 3, so with the incredible versatility of 4, I don't see why I should think I ought to immediately find an answer. Just need to school myself to be flexible, since I've almost always been locked into one mode of play.

The funny thing is I discover things that make me stumble over my own strategies and thoughts all the time, still, even after all the time I've played. CIV is a very,very deep game as far as strategy goes. Canned strategies are out - and so are canned uses for Leader traits.
