Yeah, It's not wise to build the U.N unles your very popular, hint, culturally superior.
I've built mines since 1900s and I've won every election, but The damn thing constantly pops up every turn. If the measures were extremely diverse and tech tree like, then it might be a little more interesting, but its the same damn thing over and over again.
I would like to see a upgrade in this. I like the idea CWatkins talked about. Being able to vote sanctions and etc.
