Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus
So then, blockades do remain the big unanswered question. There presence-and ease to perform-will not only play a vital role in the importance of navies, but could also form a vital part of diplomacy too (especially if the Civ3 embargo has made a return-Solver, MarkG-care to confirm or deny?) Guess I will have to wait until the game comes out to find this stuff out!
Yeah, but you guys will probably be getting the game before me (7 days until release over in the US-and EU?), wheras I still over 2 weeks before I get it. So could one of you guys PLEASE let me know about blockades as soon as you know?
Thanks in advance !
Well, judging from that screenie posted with Part 2 of the preview, the Mongols landed around 7-8 units at that city-a pretty good force in Civ4 terms-and a well mixed stack at that (siege units, pikemen, elephant and knights). So based on that alone it does seem like they land in force.
