the United States, Mongolia, Persia, China, India, France -
there are 18, each ruled by famous historical figures."

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

I wonder what they mean with "cultural or religious alliances", does that mean that If I succeed in letting an islamic alliance conquer all infidels that I shall win even if i'm not the biggest civilization? But that if I instead had an alliance with christians(while being islmaic myself) that i would not win if we conquer the world togetter? Because neither our religion nor our culture are the same.
EDIT: Checked out the site... It's not really a whole lot of a site is it? At least they are new screenshots. In the last one... What's that the cities are producing on the top? Gro?er? What's that, anyone have any idea?

I saw this on that site, and I'm not 100% sure what it means:
"In addition to faster mid- and late-game AI turns,"
Kind of neat. Is Firaxis referring to the longer time it takes for the AI to move in Civ3, especially in the late game when there are more units moving? So they are saying that this is improved in Civ4?
