Dan always puts up Civ 4 news in the OT forum (don't ask me why), so I expected that he would like all news there...

      Plus it gets more activity.

But no +1's. Being an Emperor, that isn't one of your biggest problems though...

I don't know what your guys' obsession is with post counts... the AC forum is pretty much pure spam. I'm already up to about 9000 posts anyways...

I'm not obsessed, just look at my joining date versus my post count... I think the purpose for the post count should be to count how many posts I've made, and then the OTF's practice is pretty useless and silly.

Dan puts Civ news in OT so the OT morons are vaguely aware that this is a Civ site.

PARADOX has bought Civ franchise rights!

Let me inform you. The franchise has been bought by PARADOX, the maker of Europa Universalis, Hearts of Iron, Crusader Kings, Victoria and which recently bought "Diplomacy" and "Squad Leader" rights too.

Well anyway, sounds like Civ is in better hands.

                                What makes you think that?

There's no way in hell Paradox has enough money to buy Civ... besides, they're not even a publisher, they're a developer...
