      I seem to have steered this thread off topic. I discussed MEW in the multimapping thread, which I think is a better place than this one to discuss MEW.

        I like the concept of time travel (the second point), but it would not be Civ, but rather a civstyle game. Still it would be a playable game IF you could balance it. Even better if you could define rules so that it would work for multiplayer.
