Frost, your problem seems to be that you need the 1.61 patch to run the scenario. Do you not have the option to install it?

Not sure if it has been posted yet, but....
I've played as austria. Did quite well too - ended up with top score.
The "bug" that i encountered was when the US entered the game. The US would normally capture a german city (hamburg or calais), but me and my german friend would eventually retake it .. usually after the next wave of americans were announced.
Now if you take the last american city (the only one they got is the one they captured in europe from teh germans), then the american civ will be pronounced dead and all its units will get wiped off the map - even the new ones on the ships that just came in.
Nice little exploit

I've been wondering, was part of this mod an increased chance that your unit would loose a battle it instigated? I've had more units that were in the 70-80% favored range for winning a battle get their asses handed to them in this mod than in any single-player game I've ever come across.

I played the scenario through to completion twice, once as Britain and the other as Germany. It happened both times and I am also tempted to say it seemed to favor the Germans though that's anectdotal, not scientific.
I also noticed many times that I would fight an enemy and the enemies strength seemed to be less in the odds calculator than his strength, even at full health.
There is either a bug in the mod for unit values or a bug in the odds calculator but something, somewhere is buggy!
Other than that, I enjoyed the mod. My only other complaint was that it seemed hard to get through the tech tree but perhaps that is on purpose, or I just don't manage my science well.I also am interested in the AI Mod for this. My opponents AI was ok (I wish England was a little more aggressive though) but my allies AI was atrocious!

A few notes on/issues with the scenario

I played through the scenario (almost) as the Germans and once as the Turks. Very cool. I really like WWI.
Oh, so I have a couple of quibles.
1) The first is the above issue. One suggestion to "fix" it would be to have a city in "America" on the far west edge of the map, ringed with mountains. No one gets to it, but losing Brussels, doesn't wipe out the Americans either. (Taken from the Japan scenario floating around.)
2) No Zepplins???
) What is the thinking on the "events"?
-When I played Germany, the Brits invaded Basra. (So, I defended there.) When I played the Turks, I set up strong there and they went near Jerusalem.
-Also, there was no Russian Revolution and the Brits didn't even try for Gallipoli.
-I bribed and bribed the Italians (as Germany) to where they were happy with me, but they still declared war. Hmmm.
4) Finally, No Multiplayer? I'd like to play all of the allied countries on a side and/or play with another. When I click multiplayer and scenario, the WWI mod is not there.
Ok, so those are the quibbles. All in all, this is an excellent scenario and thanks for making it.

I like this senario a lot. I played it on Nobel as Germany and it was difficult at first until I got a good army going.
After about halfway through the senario I got to be unstoppable. I plowed through France, Denmark, Holland, Sweden, Italy, England and Russia. I wasn't able to take out all of France, England or Russia because they were so spread out.
Unfortunately for the Allies I was able to take out the American fleets most of the time before they were even able to land any troops.
The only thing I was disappointed in was at the very end where it gives your ranking for level as a leader. It gave me "Dan Quayle" which I found rather offensive considering I did what Germany could not in WWI--take out all the Allied Powers.
Also, I would like to be able to play this one on Mutliplayer because, unfortunately, my allies were rather brain dead.

Short WWI?
I gave the Scenario a try as Italy, as I figured I have quite some time to get ready for war before I get involved. Turned Research down to 0% as I figured my future allies would beef me up with Technology, I made good progress improving my economy. Selling Fish to the Germans for 13 gpt helped a little as well.
But finally in Autumn 1915 The CP and the Entente made peace and war was over before it began for me!
I found this very odd, is there no way to prevent a premature peace?
