Will it be possible at some stage for a few variations in the uniforms for each country. Does the code allow for this ?

        What about Finland
Finland was a duchy, and part of imperial Russia until the Bolshevik revolution in 1917.

a better question is what about norway? in this scenario it looks like it has been occupied by sweden.

also, I noticed that the austro-hungarian city of Pressburg (Bratislava), is in the wrong place. It's on the Danube in real life, but in the scenario it's well north of it.

but this is just nitpicking. I love this scenario!

Me and two of my friends play every Tuesday night. We're going to try this scenario as our next game, all playing on one team of the central powers. I'm looking forward to it, and I'll let you know how it goes.

I've played it for a few hours and I have to say, it's quite good. Congrats on making an awesome mod, man.

Some things I've noticed, though... the German army troops appear to be speaking some other language? Also, all the nations' troops occasionally lose their national flag banner and are replaced with the barbarian flag banner, after the unit is used.

Also, I had a question... why, after 1917, do masses of random barbarian troops show up in the countryside of every country? Is it supposed to be simulating a revolt, or partisans, or?

I reached the limit for number of civs which could be in the game. Poor Norway ended up getting the axe rather than someone like Italy.

Yeah, I had to fudge things a little bit in order to get the cities to line up. I tried to put things as close to the real location as possible, but some things required a bit of 'creativity'.

I made some time to update this scenario to v2 and fix some of the biggest issues. You can find details of the changes in the first post.

I've made changes to hopefully fix some of these things.

Yes, they're meant to represent Rebels. I turned down their spawning quite a bit though so they're not such an annoyance.

For those who might be interested, over at CFC Dom Pedro is working on an AI mod for this scenario to try and make the AI civs act more realistic. It's quite intriguing, and I'm interested in where he takes things. The CFC version of this scenario's thread can be found here:

Okay, I'm still confused as to what to do... what is a Category? The dropdown at the page you linked has things like "Files", "Strategies", "Links", etc... Nothing about Civ 4 scenarios. What IS the page you linked to?

A couple notes: Serbia, for whatever reason seems to be called "the Serbia." Also, it's unlikely that America would continue invading year after year, well after the French continent lands were captured, and the British Navy was decimated. As the war was already very unpopular at home, it's doubtful that the Americans would invade at all if either of these were true, let alone past 1919. These concerns aside, the new version is quite a bit more realistic difficulty-wise, so congrats. It's an outstanding mod.

                              John,
I just wanted to thank you for a great scenario. I always enjoy the scenarios more than a custom game, as the story adds more to the experience. Also, for one of the game's developers to spend his time developing scenarios free to the public is pretty awesome.

                              Thanks Again

                              Matt

I've got some problems running the scenario... When it reboots the game, gives a lot of XML errors (In fact, one for each technology, and some more). After a while, stops loading and exits the game.

I've read somewhere up there that some graphics included in the game (but not used) are now used in this scenario. I'm playing on the spanish version 1.09. Think they aren't included in my version? Or maybe that files are included in the DVD but not installed, and I have to copy them into the mod directory?

Any help will be useful, I'm willing to play this scenario, seems great!!
