Kind of along the same lines, in a game yesterday the AI offloaded some units near one of my unprotected cities with a transport. Somehow I didn't see it happen and didnt even know they were there until my city was destroyed lol.

Wondering if it's possible to have an update in the top left event area when the AI offloads units in your LOS/cultural borders. "X (leader name) has offloaded units in your lands!" Thanks

I do believe that already happens: in the top-left corner, where the events are, it says "Enemy units spotted near CITY." Also, it displays the circular pointer thingey in red pointing to the units that were spotted.

Vovan, you could have a window popup showing a picture of land in the distance, for when you discover new land (on terra maps). This would only appear if the land you discovered was at least 10 ocean tiles away, but I dunno how that could be done?

Well, I have just finished collecting the images, there are about 200 people in the list, and I have about 180 all up.

Now to fix them up! - ok finished this, but now I have to leave I will hopefully have a rough version of this mod up by tonight (so about 4-5 hours).

Vovan, some of the images are small and others about 300 pixels in width all with varying heights; just wondering, does the window adjust to the images size or what?

Nevermind, I adjusted some of the coding and I think I've got it now.

No... I wasn't even sure how to check the size of the picture... It instead just resized the picture to match the window. I guess you've figured that out by now.

I'm not sure who all is working on this mod, but I think it is pretty cool idea. My version will eventually include small biography of the historic personage as well as their image. All data will be collected from non-copyrighted sources. Here is my first version. Enjoy and expect a newer version soon with more pictures!

My mod will be done hopefully tonight or tomorrow morning. There are a LOT of images to go through, I have all the images, but now I have to make them consistent with each other.

ZanThrax, there is no Elvis in the list (strange eh?), maybe I should just include it.

Anyone else have any other suggestions on great people to add before I finish the mod?
