Allegedly Best Buy will price match there competitors, I guess Ill find out first hand today if Indy or Bloomington has it.

I dont remember the exact details but when we bought our Digital capable big screen TV about a year ago my wife found the same set online at some other electronics store (I can't remember which one) and brought the print out of the website to Best Buy, and got the TV for that price.

Someone at CFC said they actually do have it, and also said that their (Missouri) Best Buy got 29 copies and sold out already. I don't buy that myself, this game is not THAT popular, but who knows. (Maybe they had 29 preorders, and/or only ordered a few over their preorder count? No chance they sold 29 in a few hours, anyway, i'd think, even in Chicago ...)

It lists as not available at Bloomington but available at several Indianapolis stores, by the way.

No one in Bloomington is answering the phone (I decided I couldn't wait ), so yep time to call the Greenwood store first since thats on the way home.

Greenwood lists it as available As does Avon, Carmel, and Castleton.

Yep Greenwood has 40 copies, and they said they would price match competitors.

Now to figure out how early I can fanagle out of my boss to get the heck outa here

So there ya go people, it appears Best Buy has lots of copies available in most if not all of there Indy Metro area stores

Get the Circuit City Flyer, and take it with you, Best Buy here said they would match the 25 buck price!

Hopefully they'll accept the online ad - I don't have a circuit city flier convenient (CC is quite far away from me, BB is nearby, with no car and all.)

I'll probably get a boxed copy, install it, and then when my GamersGate copy comes in, send the boxed copy to my brother for his birthday... I'll be installing a new OS soon enough anyway that it won't annoy me too much to reinstall it.

It now shows as in all major Chicago best Buys. I decided to take a short lunch and pick it up after leaving work a bit early rather than picking it up on lunch, as that won't help me a bit
