Computer upgrade

I have decided it is time for me to make a computer upgrade...

Now some of you might not like the processor I am choosing.. but oh well.. all I want are the lowest possible prices. Right now I am looking at mwave.com for prices as I have shopped from their before. If you have any suggestions I would most appreciate them. I was wondering about the cooling fan for the CPU most of all.. I am not savvy on the subject of CPU cooling, so if you have a better suggestion (within reasonable pricing) I will take it into account. All I know is Arctic 3 is necessary for any CPU as it transfer heat better and keeps the CPU cooler.

I think my Geforce2 TI450 Video card is in need of upgrade.. maybe I can convince my dad.. it still works though. Any suggestions on that? I am leaning mostly towards ATI right now.. 9500 or 9600.

Why? My digital camera is pretty damn good. And it cost me $299.. it is also 4.0MP.. the color is good.. sure some photos turn out a little dark but it does very well.

Do you really need a new one?

I have a Radeon 9500 (non-pro) with a 9700 PCB. I'm happy with it. If you're lucky enough, you can successfully patch it to a 9700/9800. (I get a bit of the checkerboard-effect unfortunately, so I put things back.)

My power supply is 400 watts... wouldn't that be enough?

Well it depends the Geforce2 might stick around much faster.. I am probably going to go with the pro version.. priced at $172 (US) at mwave.
