The Dominion of Sava is a very large, safe nation, renowned for its strong anti-business politics. Its compassionate, hard-working population of 80 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Education, and Commerce. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 69%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Beef-Based Agriculture.

The latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller, euthanasia is legal, guns are banned, and voting is voluntary. Crime is totally unknown. Sava's national animal is the five-assed monkey, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the credit.

The enormous, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Defence, Social Welfare, and Commerce. The average income tax rate is 29%, but much higher for the wealthy. A large private sector is dominated by the Automobile Manufacturing industry.

The government is slowly introducing social welfare programs, voting is voluntary, the alarmingly racist TV show 'Bigtopians Say the Darndest Things' is a hit, and same-sex marriages are increasingly common. Crime is totally unknown. Wine's national animal is the flying cat and its currency is the drink.

A corporate powerhouse with strong anti-business policies. My economy is powerhouse. I guess it's confusing to have a Socialist gov't with a strong economy. And capitalists say it can't happen

After the first week I became much more judicious with the Dismiss Issue option. They present wo or three options that are opposites sometimes and it seems stupid. BTW, has anyone abolished elections? What does it do (other than make it an out and out dictatorship)?

I'm somewhat upset that my government is now "corrupt" for allowing corporations to donate money to policymakers, but it's a necessary step in the regrowth of the economy.

Well, if your economy was largely dependant on private enterprise, and you then proceed to outlaw it, that's not going to do a whole lot of immediate good.

Anyway, I'm currently trying to extract my nation from Anarchy, it having gone into it when I legalized child gambling.

My economy sucks, my currency is edible, I have some of the nicest, most compassionate people in Apolyton, the environment in my country is superb, but because of one stupid decision I made my civil rights can't get any higher than 'superb'.
