If the rumours about his intelligence are true, McAteer is unaware of many things!!

Heres the best from a Q and A peice..

QYour nickname is Trigger. Small Talk's always wondered whether the famous McAteer pizza story is urban myth or fact?

McAteerIt is true mate, yeah. They asked if I wanted a whole pizza cut into four or eight and I said four because I'd never eat all of it.

Nah... the Stanley Park Stadium has HKS, Inc. as the architect, while Reliant has HOK Sport. That glass and metal thing seems to be in vogue, unfortunately.

              BTW apropos of nothing.

When I was in Newcastle, I saw Peter Beardsley coming out of SJP.

              Two things struck me:

              1. His beemer has the vanity plate PE8RO (or close to that)

              2. He is even uglier in person

Still a god on the pitch though..

It appears that Benifica has bought Freddy Adu for $2 million from MLS's Real Salt Lake, now that Freddy has become 18:

Utah’s independent news source since 1871, The Salt Lake Tribune covers news, entertainment, sports and faith for Salt Lake City and the state of Utah.

About a God on the pitch...

Sure, it's an oldie but it is still awesome. At the time I didn't even know that it was allowed.

Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
                  Once again...

Yes you are. But you're a Tory so it doesn't really matter what you think.

Not too bad, for a player who hasn't been able to put it together. DC United came out way ahead on this one.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Somehow he does very well in the international arena in the U-17 and U-20 tourneys. Maybe its the style of play?

Nope, most architects nowadays wouldn't build a good looking building if their lifes dependet on it. It's just glass, steel and concret, concret, steel and glass.
